I have some imbalance going on. My left hip and glute started tightening up around Mile 5 and I had to walk the last 3.5 miles. The PF in my heel was on fire by the end. No running for at least a week. I can ride my stationary bike and we'll see if walking works. Hoping to get into PT soon, but will contact my chiro on Monday and see how soon I can get in.
