Not a good run. Head and heart weren't into it. Went out to the 3-mile mark at the McKay, went up and to the right for a mile, then back down the same 3-mile section. Legs were tired and ended up power walking all of the last 3 miles, which really ended up working parts of my hips I haven't worked in a long time. Haven't power walked that far since I don't know when.
