Notes

First time at 4/2 min run/walk. Felt good. Can definitely tell my stamina is picking up.

Rolled and cupped after.

Left hamstring felt a bit tight around the top during the workout.

Right hamstring is having it's usual irritation feeling beginning about 2 hrs after.
