Friday morning running group. Decided to run two days in a row. Was just going to go 2 miles, but legs felt good, so I did 5K. Rignt knee taped. Left heel was a little sore at the start, but was fine after about .2 miles or so. Did eccentric calf exercises after and usual stretching.
