Notes
Started raining part of the way into the run. Started out slow and then got going a bit faster (around 10:00 pace). Right calf started cramping up and I was worried that it was going to "tear" like it used to, so I switched to walking. Tried to run more slowly and to start running slowly after walking a bit, but it didn't feel like it was working so I stuck to walking.
Stretching after. Used Hylands under the toungue muscle cramping pills and ate a pickle with lunch. Pretty sore now.
