Building run with the team at 3 today. Very slow first few miles where I was inching up the pace a bit. Most of the group turned around early and Yonny and I kept going. We went through McDowell and ended up on Warrenville Rd. Turned around at 46:30 or so. Made it back in just under 40 minutes. Pretty solid pace for never running anything too terribly hard. Kept the pace honest the second half, which felt good to be back under 6 minute pace at least. Solid run today.
