Notes
Had the group back running today with Kyle, Willy, Josh, and myself. We headed out to McDowell again. Pace was slow which was ok but not ideal. Made it out to the bathrooms at 37:50 or so which means I made it back in 31:17. Had to tempo almost the whole way back to catch up with them as they turned around at least 2 or 3 minutes before me plus no bathroom breaks for them. Caught them at the Jefferson bridge crossing and relaxed the pace the last 2 miles again. Decent run this morning followed by some strides. Foot is tender but legs felt strong on the strides.
