Notes

Set up the trainer down the basement finally and jumped on there today to get my workout. Legs definitely were tired but once I got the height of everything figured out, it wasn't too bad. Need to raise the front tire a bit, fill some air in there, and maybe get some aerobars too but either way good to get something in. Just did 5 minutes easy, 5 minutes harder the entire time.
