Notes

Fairly tough workout again today, legs were tired. Used the first 40 minutes to do 5 minutes steady 5 minutes hard 4 times. Mile splits were 5:10, 4:11, 5:09, 4:15, 5:14, 4:22, 5:02, 4:38, 4:59, 4:54, 4:59, 4:52, 4:58, 2:24. After the 40 minute mark, I took 5 minutes easy and then did 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy the last 15 minutes. Had the legs feeling a touch smoother on this part with more rest so my heart rate didn't feel as terrible. Did another steady to easy 5 minutes to finish it off. Got done with this and did hurdle drills and perez's hip routine. Then after the meeting hit the weight room with Brady, Perez and Sebby. Hit the bench, leg extenstions, hamstring curls, lat machine, dead lifts, pec deck, triceps, curls, row, and overhead press. Solid day overall.
