Legs were tired today despite taking yesterday off. IT bands were tight and pretty windy today. Headed out near Blackwell today to see if I could look at how the group was doing but only saw a few guys from the 2nd pack. Rode from there all the way out past where I used to live and back. Had my times of struggling back into the wind, especially the slightly uphill portions. Ended up with a decent clip for being so tired and tight. Foot was pretty tender today as well.
