Notes

The first 20 minutes did 70 seconds hard, and 50 seconds easy, gradually upping the heart rate to 175 or so. Trying to work on shorter rest intervals to improve the strength. Legs were definitely burning. Did the last 10 minutes just cruising backward to work the other muscle groups. Solid day of aerobic/anaerobic training.
