Notes

Legs felt super strong and fresh today. Just clicked it off a nice low resistances today. Was doing 5 minutes on 5 minutes off the first 35 minutes, then 1 minute on, 1 min off with similar intensities the last 25 or so minutes. Glad to be feeling strong again and starting to feel a bit more fit. Just need to figure shin out so I can get back out there running.
