Was going to not run today so skipped the morning workout but then decided to do a little jog once we got to Petrifying Springs. Once I got going, foot felt pretty good and just kept running. We ran the whole course at Parkside, mostly with Knobloch before I headed back over to the open grass at Petrifying springs, kicked the shoes off, and started taking laps with building strides in there. Finished that up and did a bunch of walks and form drills barefoot before getting in a nice long stretch. Weather was gorgeous today.
