2.5 mile warm-up for the tempo on Parkside's course of 16:32 and then 1.5 mile cool-down of 11:50 included here. Took awhile for legs to open up. Kept having to crap on the warm-up as well. Got moving for a little spurt at the end of the warm-up. Cool-down was a bit rougher because my foot was a bit tender from rolling my ankle during the last mile of the tempo on the course.
