Notes

Nice and easy workout today. Just headed over to the weight room and put in the first 35 minutes just smooth and easy. Then did 1 min on 1min off at a low resistance the last 30 minutes before another easy 5 minute cool-down. Starting to feel a bit more fit with the consistent aerobic work over an hour a day and even looking a bit skinnier, despite not actually losing almost any weight.
