Notes

Most of today's running was rather easy. Did the morning blowout with the guys after 10 minutes warming up on the elliptical. The weather was gorgeous this morning. Then ended up running the course in 33 flat as a nice easy jog. Then sprinted around good chunks of the guys race, which definitely put me plenty anaerobic most of the time. Got in a few miles there, then added on another 12-15 minutes easy with Willy once the guys were done with the race. Foot and shin both felt pretty good today and loved watching how the race went down. Starting to get fit again myself, which is a bit more reassuring for aiming at the goals I'd like for the spring.
