Notes

Pretty solid workout today overall. Went in nice and easy the first 15 minutes or so. Felt smooth and heart rate was in the 150s for most of that. Started to climb a bit as things opened up beyond this but never crushed anything. Just went 5 forward, 5 backward for the first 45 minutes. Then went 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy the last 15 minutes and got a bit more fatigued, with the heart rate up and going fast. Overall good day without being too taxing on the body.
