Ran my tempo on the treadmill today. Definitely wasn't easy to adjust to the heat inside plus the lack of being able to go faster than 5 minute pace at any point, but was also tough to maintain that pace no matter how good or bad I felt the entire run. A pretty strong tempo overall as I upped the incline off and on the last mile and a half. Solid quicker pace run than anything I'd get outside right now.
