Notes

Before heading to work in the morning did the MWF core portion of 75 pushups and 300 sit-ups/crunches. Then after the bike in the afternoon added a bit more time upstairs. Did pull-ups, leg press, calf raises, single leg press, leg curls, step-ups, curls, triceps, pull-downs, and dips.
