Notes

Jumped on the bike after the park workout and doing all my balancing and foot strengthening exercises downstairs first. The problem is that the bike can not slow down once I amp up the intensity so used this as a building workout. Took the first 10 minutes just to get the legs moving, then started adding some resistance. Got clicking off from 15-20 minutes and then 25-30 minutes where I got the heart rate up from 150s to 170s. Nice smooth cool-down before hitting the weights.
