Notes
Weather was warmer than it's been today but rain/sleet/hail and wind made it a bit rougher than imagined. Headed out for a long recovery today with 2 min on, 1 min off the last 18 minutes. Ran into McDowell but turned around due to so much ice on the trails. Headed the other direction toward the Prairie Path and some back neighborhoods before turning around and heading home. Had the wind going against me on most of the pick-ups which made it rougher than imagined but more true recovery than yesterday.
