Everything felt a little awkward today except upper body and arm carry. Was surprised my foot let me do as much as it did. Wore my orthotics inside the zoom elite today so pretty well supported. Still liked staying with traffic because the foot didn't feel too great with the pressure of allowing my foot to collapse in. Had no clue on pace and just felt like I was running slow. Tried to make sure I wasn't having any big twinges in the foot. Didn't feel as good downhill and needed to keep my stride very short if I wanted to not have as much vertical displacement. Weather was gorgeous tonight so glad I was able to get something in after a bunch of hours of wedding shit today.
