Notes

Headed to the pool again this morning after getting a great night's sleep finally. Still feeling the narrowed airways and phlegm in the throat, but had a really solid workout this morning. Did a 10 minute easier warm-up. Then did 30 x 1:00 hard with :30 jog recovery between. The 30 second rest felt short but adjusted to it after a bit. The first 10 seemed the toughest as I adjusted to sweating profusely in the warmer water. The next 15 weren't too rough and then tried to simulate the last mile on the last 4 by picking up each rep. Got 30 minutes of quality today, which should simulate a 10k currently with half rest. Finished up with 10 minute easy cool-down while changing the stride some in the pool getting some butt-kicks as well as high knee stuff just to change it up some. Hopefully I'll get another easy shorter workout this afternoon with some weight room stuff.
