Notes

Still getting as much sleep as I can so skipped the morning workout in the pool. Went over and got on the bike after work. Spent the first 16 and change minutes on the bike that wouldn't work so could only get about 4 miles in. Then the other bike opened up and I got on that and was rotating 5 minutes steady with 5 minutes easy. Once I got to 45 minutes, I went 1 min hard, 1 min easy until an hour and then just added on a couple easy minutes to get up to 20 miles. Finished up, went downstairs and did Pennington's push-up and ab routine which got about 120 pushups and close to 400 reps of abs in maybe 10 minutes. Did some other core-work and get some light stretching in before calling it a day.
