Notes
Weather was more than likely the coldest I've ever run in, and definitely is the coldest I've run for a long run by myself. Footing was surprisingly decent and lack of traffic on the roads allowed for this to go smoother than imagined. Wind was terrible and -30 something wind chill was brutal, but my legs and core were plenty warm, just my hands and face felt like they would fall off. Legs felt decent despite being a bit sore from last night's core work with squats, lunges, step-ups, etc. Decent run but needed to get this in to get used to feeling uncomfortable if I want to make any breakthroughs in the 5k or 10k this spring. Did what I needed to do this morning.
