Notes

Easy library loop cool-down back to the track. Hit up 6 strides fairly hard and called it a day. Tried to get a decent stretch and rolled out but feel terrible right now. Too torn up to lift and stomach is ripped to shreds. Hopefully will feel decent after a good night's sleep. A rough way to get back to the roads.
