Notes
Ran a building 3 mile warm-up over to Lincoln Park with Carrigan. The 3 mile was clearly long but felt pretty strong and smooth on the warm-up. Took us 18:12 to get there. The last 3 was the cool-down back from the park followed by Library loop and then strides, drills, and stretching. Got my lifting in shortly before the workout today. Weather was great so a very strong day workout-wise.
