Obviously I know that a 2 mile at Lincoln Park is no 2 mile, but the workout was very solid nonetheless. The splits would've been a solid day for me at the park for mile repeats, so it was nice to carry that over to a longer distance. Felt overly smooth and relaxed through most of the first interval, through over half of the 2nd, and almost none of the last one, but pushed to negative split from interval to interval anyways. Even if the conversion is 5 seconds per mile, i'd still consider it a fairly solid workout. Carrigan was with me through most of the first one then fell back a bit. Weather was perfect.
