Notes

Headed out for a cool-down where my legs still felt pretty terrible but jogged out about a mile and a quarter. Turned around and then started doing hard strides for the last mile. Did 6 x 35 steps hard with 60 steps easy between. Felt much more explosive on this part and actually had a little lift. Still not great but much better than the tempo. Finished this up and got a light stretch before rolling home. Added in 250 push-ups and 480 crunches with the med ball. Then got 2 sets of plyos and 2 sets of dead lifts routine. Put myself in some pain today to make up for feeling terrible on the tempo.
