Workout was very tough. Stomach was torn up the entire time due to a lack of planning in meal schedule today. Was able to click off 69's and 70's without too much effort but just didn't feel as strong and smooth as I would like to. Nice, short-rest workout and not a bad 10k overall. Stopped for a shit-break during the 400 jog rest after sets 2 and 3, and then was able to throw up directly after the last 400 overall. The puking at least let me know it was a good workout.
