Notes

Another long elliptical workout today. Legs were definitely tired from yesterday's workout but was good to get the time and distance in. IT bands were definitely tightening up as quads were still sore from workouts lately as well as those squats and lunges and whatnot the other day. Sweat up a storm but needed to get this in.
