Notes

Legs felt pretty not smooth on the bike today but went 5 minutes easier, 5 minutes harder the whole time. Then got pretty rough on the squats today. Did 200 regular squats mixed in with lunges, split squats, band walks, rdl's, and a couple others. Felt really rough and will be sore later but needed to get these in.
