Different kind of run today. Didn't make the wisest decisions last night but enjoyed hanging out with Bina again. Ran the first 5.88 or so tempo over to 75th street then fartlek the rest of the way in. With a slow first 2 or 3 miles, we still ran 5.88 in 32:58. Then ran the last 2.52 in 12:57. Closed the last 3ish of the tempo at a good clip according to Brady. I put in a rough move the last mile to try to open things up a bit. Then did 2 minutes on, 1 minute easy for the last portion and still averaged 5 low teens I think. Solid workout overall, only getting dropped by Brady at the end. Stomach was feeling a bit rough but legs felt strong today.
