Way too tired to get up this morning. Knowing it was gonna be a long day at work I slept in and planned on running afterward. Headed out after getting off work 2 1/2 hours late, and headed out sunset to sleight to doing my extended cress creek. Went around arrowhead and back down the normal route the rest of the way. Started pickups when I got to Royal St. George and did the next 15 mintues of 1 minute hard and 1 minute easy. That took me down just before Rizzo's. Jogged from there back along Duck toward the house and then did 1 last pickup from Hillside down Sunset to our house, which took about a minute and a half almost. Decent run trying to get some leg turnover in.
