Notes

Ran out of time to get the amount of biking I wanted in today between oversleeping my alarm, work meeting, track meet, and dinner plans. Most of this ride was rotating paces but on the harder side of things. Legs seemed a bit tired from yesterday. Still glad I got this in. Got 315 push-ups and 350 crunches for the day.
