Notes

Biked pretty hard today. Spent the first couple minutes loosening up before ramping up the resistance every 2 minutes until it was maxed out by 13 min in. Then stayed maxed out until 30 minutes. This was very tough but kept pushing. Tried to stay as smooth as possible but keep the pace up. Hard ride overall. Did 210 push-ups and 500 crunches today.
