Wind was rough and very cold again, which was gay. However, once I finally opened up and headed out to McDowell, I had the wind at my back almost the entire way back. Out in 34:40, back in 30:25. Starting at 50 minutes did I minute hard, 1 minute easy the rest of the way and turnover was good between 97 and 98 steps per foot per minute. Was really cruising on the last one and got over 100 with one of the strongest kicks I've ever had. A solid day despite the weather.
