Notes
Headed out to Argonne today with Diz, Brady, and Colin Young. Enjoyed the perfect weather with drizzle off and on and low 70s for temps. Legs felt decent all things considered over these past few days. Got out the first mile or two fairly slowly and then started clicking off low to mid 6's for most of the rest. Enjoyed the run and the company and aerobically didn't feel too shabby until after having to stop and deuce and then getting a bit of a sideache a mile later.
