Notes

Include a 2 mile shake out after work in 13:05 with the guys and got a nice long stretch in. Went back to the house to eat lunch, relax, and get a little nap in. The includes the blowout where my legs felt much better than they did on the shakeout. Closed it off hard to try to open up. Got the usual stretching and stride routine to try to be open for this race, just wish I was race ready and could help more with the pace chores.
