Hopefully it was close to this pace. Felt very slow and legs felt off today. Ran with Amy, Carrigan and Brady. Ran together, eventually dropped Ryan off after picking up a couch. Then ran an extra duck loop with Amy before Kyle and I added on Library loop from the house and back to Amy's and then added on a pick up. Felt a bit better to open up at the end. Decent run overall.
