Notes

Still up in Mendota Heights today. After a very late last night, had a rough day. Eventually got around to running in the early evening. Ran up to the tennis courts before jumping on the track. The 3 quarter miles splits I took in the last mile were 81, 76, 69 before having to puke. Did not feel smooth or strong running fast. Finished that up and jogged another quarter mile before calling it a day. I need to get back in my routine soon and there is going to be a whole lot of puking between now and me being in shape.
