Notes

Legs felt surprisingly fresh and smooth tonight. Ran after a 40 minute stint in the weight room. Took a couple miles for my shoulders to loosen up from the lifting but legs felt good. Tried to just keep it fairly easy on the way out and pick it up a bit on the way back to negative split. Went out in 21:49, came back in 19:39. Last mile was 4:59 and wasn't even straining at all. Starting to feel strong again now that my mileage is slowly getting back up. Did all my stretching and drills once I finished the run. I definitely need to keep doing all the little things but the fitness is slowly coming around.
