Weather felt really nice again this morning and legs felt surprisingly good after yesterday's long day. Felt smooth and headed toward NCC with Pennington. Did my typical track cool-down add on before heading back towards home. Followed the typical college Herrick Route to catch the college guys starting their long run. Turned off on Iroquois before the park and headed home from there. Legs felt pretty strong and smooth again but went shorter still than I'd have liked if I had more time.
