Legs didn't feel nearly as well as last week. I'm sure some of that is due to this weekend, yesterday, and partially just shorter rest again. I was in or near the front on most of the intervals at least for some stint of time. Tried to build through them but definitely was straining more than last week. I wasn't tying up but not as relaxed as I'd like. Still a strong workout for having some guys with some tired legs/ adjusting to the shorter interval. Still building that momentum but 800 workouts will get stronger and faster.
