Hot as fuck on today's run. Down in Houston and humidity was through the roof. Also didn't run until like 10ish so it was mid 80s with 90% humidity. Was so-so on the way out and then got sunny and temps felt worse. Had to go the bathroom about 25 minutes in and then continued on the way back. When I got close, ended up needing to take a lap around the mall and back, which was just terrible. Legs felt miserable but glad I got something in. Definitely was sweating it out.
