Ran an easy 2 mile warm-up, a mile of strides on the stride-field, then a library loop cool-down. Once I got back to the track I did all my walks, drills, and usual core, as well as a little extra, plus stretching and all that business. Felt good on the core aspect. Still some sore legs though.
