Inside on the Kickr. Very hard overall but try to go a little harder each lap. The 1.8-1.9 mile hill every lap is a rough one but good at getting some hills and working on my pain threshold again. Very different than riding outside. Finished this up and got 2 sets of my lifting, bench, curls, dead lifts, clean and jerks with squats to overhead press, RDL's, and dips. Very hard day on the legs.
