Really not a bad run, given that it's still pretty warm and humid. I think I've done some acclimating in the past week. Knees were pretty crabby, though. For now I'm going to blame it on not having run in 5 days...perhaps they are just stale. If not, maybe it's time to start alternating a different shoe into the mix. Right now all my runs are done in my NB 905s. I may want to get another pair of Nike Lunarfly+s, since earlier versions worked so well for me.
