Decent run in Macomb...warm and sunny, not a lot of shade. Used Sof Sole stability insoles in shoes...definitely adds a bit more rearfoot control and retains the forefoot & midfoot stability I need to keep my feet happy. Knee could still use a bit more rearfoot control, though, so will probably keep looking for something a bit more structured, but not hard and completely inflexible.
