Ow, everything hurts...lower back (still), right hip, knee, ass cheeks...god, I hope this back crap from the past few days isn't working its way into ITBS. That is the last thing I need. Training for Fall marathons seems to be the bane of my existence. Had to walk/run last 5 miles just to make it home. Not excruciating pain, but definitely the sort of thing I need to listen to NOW if I want to be able to keep running through the Fall. Shit.
